All acuProducts come with a 2 year warranty and are eligible for replacements during that time should an issue occur.
Proof of payment is required.

The replacement warranty is voided if HEATING instructions are not followed correctly.

No replacements for microwaving an Acuball-Mini will be issued as the Mini is NOT microwaveable (heat by boiling for 10 min.).
